As an Activation, Field or BA Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of field canvassers to generate quality sales leads through door-to-door marketing in targeted neighborhoods.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage field canvassing teams
- Drive lead generation initiatives to exceed sales quotas
- Plan and execute canvassing routes (evenings/weekends required)

- Collaborate with operations teams to grow market presence
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years management experience in canvassing, lead generation, event marketing, or sales
- Experience recruiting and training teams
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated with accountability mindset
