Tari Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Tari Sauce. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about promoting natural brands, with potential for future campaigns in your area. This role primarily requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be an option.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Tari Sauce. This involves understanding product details through the brand website and provided training materials, setting up and maintaining a clean demo area, and ensuring samples are kept at the appropriate temperature using correct storage tools. You will sample the product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales. Additionally, you will track inventory, tidy and face shelves, and dress according to brand guidelines. Accurate tracking and submission of expenses in demo reports are also required.

This is a self-scheduling position, meaning you must call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. You will also be required to call stores beforehand to confirm inventory.

The compensation for this position is $30 per hour (1099 contractor). Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those returned for revision may lead to payment delays. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; however, travel pay is not provided.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Having your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product specifications.
• The ability to read and comprehend written directions.
• Calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintaining professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Possessing reliable transportation.
• Adhering to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Demonstrating a self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
