About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Host or Hostess to lead memorable bar crawl experiences. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for all participants through various scheduled venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
- Expertly guide participants from one venue to the next, adhering to the event's schedule.
- Establish clear communication with venue door staff, confirming your role as the official group leader.
- Clearly articulate to venue staff that all guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next exciting location.
- Ensure the group successfully reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift: Once the group arrives at the final venue, approximately between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, you have the option to depart or join the New Year’s Eve countdown celebrations.
