Tari Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Tari Sauce. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about promoting natural food and beverage products.

While this position is specifically for Tari Sauce, additional campaigns in your area may become available in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Tari Sauce with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Educate customers on ingredients, health benefits, and drive sales.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for professional dress.
• Track and accurately submit expenses in demo reports.

Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required; some weekday demos may also be available.
• Must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Possession of a personal table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
• Ability to learn product details via brand website and training materials.

Compensation & Terms:

• Payment: $30/hour as a 1099 contractor.
• Paid weekly via Bill.com.
• Friday payments; reports are due by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete reports or those sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Policy:
This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.
