Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Prevail Jerky at Whole Foods Market

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Prevail Jerky at Whole Foods Market. All current demo opportunities are scheduled for October 3rd. We anticipate additional campaigns in your area in the future and will consider qualified Brand Ambassadors for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation & Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirement:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling for you, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Represent Prevail Jerky with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean, attractive demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy shelves, and ensure products are properly faced.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as required by the product.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions effectively.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which Vibrance Marketing will provide).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the system.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
