About This Role
Vibrance Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a natural brand, with potential for future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities & Event Details:

- Represent Lily's Chocolates, educating customers on product details, ingredients, and health benefits.
- Drive sales through engaging product sampling.
- Set up and maintain a clean, professional demo area, ensuring products are stored at appropriate temperatures.
- Track inventory and maintain shelf appearance by tidying and facing products.
- Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
- Adhere to brand guidelines for dress code.
- This is a self-scheduling position; you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos (unless a brand-specific scheduling portal is required, which we will handle).
- Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos potentially available.
- Compensation is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor.
- Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST.
- Please note that incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
- Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; no travel pay is provided.
- Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and relevant display tools such as an ice bucket (dependent on product requirements).
- Ability to read and comprehend written directions thoroughly.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Familiarity with Promomash is a plus, or a willingness to learn the platform.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by responsiveness to emails and professionalism in written demo reports.
- Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
- Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
