Beam Beverage Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is actively seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store audits for Beam + Kinship + Heart & Soil + Javvy products. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for additional campaigns in their area.

This role primarily requires weekend availability, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. A key responsibility is calling stores to confirm inventory levels.

Compensation and Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments issued on Fridays
• Reports are due by Monday at 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
• No travel pay is provided.

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock availability and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos for Brand Ambassadors, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket, or other display tools as specified by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required for scheduling, which Vibrance Marketing will manage).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Ability to submit professional and detailed demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Demonstrates a self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Ambassador Duties:

• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive product sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit comprehensive and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Track and accurately submit expenses within demo reports.
