Chomps In-Store Demo Promotion

It's an exciting time at Vibrance Marketing as we seek a motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassador to join our team, specializing in non-alcoholic beverage and food demonstrations for leading natural brands. This particular role focuses on showcasing the popular Chomps brand at in-store demos. Future opportunities with other campaigns in your area may also be available.

We require weekend availability, though some weekday demos may also be offered. A crucial aspect of this role involves calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports are due Monday by 9 AM EST. Delays in payment may occur for incomplete or revised reports.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position, empowering you to call stores, confirm stock, and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will impact your ability to execute demos, result in nonpayment, and could affect future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent the Chomps brand professionally.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an immaculate demo area throughout the event.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory levels and assist with tidying and facing shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports adhering to guidelines.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines throughout the demo.
• Accurately track expenses and include them in demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions precisely.
• Proficiently call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required).
• Strong responsiveness to emails and other communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing clear and concise demo reports.
• Possession of reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
