GEM Health Beverage/Vibrance in-store demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for GEM Health (k) and other exciting brands. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may be available. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos possible. This role requires proactive communication with stores to confirm inventory and schedule demonstrations. This is an independent contractor position. The pay rate is $30/hour, paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided. Demonstration scheduling is self-managed. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule your demos will result in the inability to execute the event, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities. Key Requirements:

• Possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Proactively call stores to confirm product stock and self-schedule demos (unless a specific brand login for scheduling is required, which we will provide).
• Demonstrate strong responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash is highly valued, or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Exhibit professionalism and attention to detail in all demo reports.
• Maintain reliable transportation for timely arrival at demo locations.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required based on local regulations.
• Be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in all aspects of the role.

Event Details & Brand Ambassador Duties:

• Effectively represent GEM Health (k), becoming a product expert.
• Thoroughly learn product details through provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and consistently maintain a clean, attractive, and organized demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Offer product samples to customers, enthusiastically educating them on ingredients, health benefits, and driving product sales.
• Accurately track inventory during events, and take initiative to tidy and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports in a timely manner.
• Dress in a professional manner, adhering to specific brand guidelines for appearance.
