Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to conduct in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. This opportunity may lead to additional campaigns in your area. This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be offered. You must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory. This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm product stock and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing will not schedule for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly may result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities. Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Tari Sauce professionally
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Provide product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
