Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host will be responsible for guiding attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually and meet the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from venue to venue, adhering to the event schedule.
• Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
• Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
• At the end of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
• Ensure the group successfully reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Once the group arrives at the final venue at 11:15/11:30 PM, the host has the option to leave or stay to enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown.
