Neocell Collagen Demo at Vitamin

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Initial demonstration shifts are scheduled for October 18th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future, and candidates will be considered for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demonstrations may be available.

This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9:00 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Responsibilities:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms effectively
• Master product details through brand websites and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product needs
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails is crucial
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive
