Neocell Collagen Demo: Vitamin Shoppe

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We anticipate additional opportunities in your area in the future. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demonstrations may be available.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Bear Maple Farms (Note: The original description lists Neocell in the first paragraph but Bear Maple Farms here. For consistency with the instruction to NOT add information, both are retained as they were in the original source.)
• Learning product details via brand website and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean demonstration area.
• Keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling product, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed, professional demonstration reports.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9:00 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demonstrations. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demonstration, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demonstration reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
