Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is searching for highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

This role focuses on promoting non-alcoholic beverages or food products, offering an exciting opportunity to represent a leading brand in the natural products industry.

The initial demonstration is scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM to 2 PM. There may be additional future campaigns available in your area for which you would be considered. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may also arise.

Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments issued on Fridays; reports are due by Monday at 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements are added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling and Responsibilities:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and set up your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule on your behalf (unless a scheduling portal is required, which we manage). Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as required by product specifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions.
• Must call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails is crucial.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demonstration area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Engage customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Accurately track inventory, tidy shelves, and ensure products are front-faced.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
