Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future, for which you would be considered. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product specifications.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing detailed demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms products with enthusiasm.
• Master product details via the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and front-face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.

Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is Required:

This is a self-scheduling position, meaning you are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. We do NOT schedule on your behalf (except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand). Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may jeopardize future opportunities with Vibrance Marketing.
