Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 am-2 pm. Opportunities for additional campaigns in your area may arise in the future, and we encourage continued partnership. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demonstrations may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This role requires you to proactively call stores to confirm inventory and schedule your demonstrations. We do NOT handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as determined by product requirements.
• Ability to accurately read and comprehend written instructions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will manage).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing detailed demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required based on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Thoroughly learn product details via the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demonstration area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
