Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is searching for highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

This opportunity is for a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo position. Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. We frequently have additional campaigns in your area and will consider you for future opportunities. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demonstration opportunities may also be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)

Please note that incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment. There is no travel pay, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Self-Scheduling Required: You are responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and schedule your demonstrations. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will result in non-execution of the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Demonstration Event Details & Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms
• Acquire product knowledge via brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demonstration area
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports

• Ice bucket or relevant display tools, depending on product requirements
