Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe. This role is for a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo position.

Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 am to 2 pm. We anticipate additional opportunities in your area and will consider you for future campaigns. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. We do not handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will manage).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Acquire product knowledge through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Provide product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and merchandise shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
