Neocell Collagen In-Store Sampling

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

All scheduled demos are for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns available in your area in the future, for which you would be considered. Weekend availability is required; however, some weekday demo opportunities may also be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product inventory and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule demos for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Thoroughly learn product details via the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area.
• Maintain samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
