Neocell Collagen In-Store Sampling

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional opportunities in your area for future campaigns, and candidates will be considered for those roles. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may also be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling & Preparation: This role requires proactive self-scheduling. You must contact stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demonstration times. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Neocell with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Master product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Provide samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory and maintain tidy and faced shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools based on product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless a brand login, handled by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
