Neocell Collagen Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about health and wellness, eager to educate consumers and drive sales.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We frequently have additional campaigns and will consider you for future opportunities in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

• Represent Neocell collagen with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Master product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an inviting and clean demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Provide samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves to maintain an organized display.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions diligently.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Highly responsive to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing comprehensive demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• A self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Compensation and Logistics:

• Payment: $30/hour as a 1099 contractor.
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (payments on Fridays following Monday 9:00 AM EST report submission).
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is Mandatory:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock levels and arrange your demonstration schedule. We do not handle scheduling for you (except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand). Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.
