Neocell Vitamin Shoppe Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is looking for motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe.

While the primary opportunity is scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM, there may be additional campaigns available in your area in the future. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may also be offered.

In this role, you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demonstrations. This is a self-scheduling position; Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you unless a scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule your demo may result in non-payment and could impact future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Keep product samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Provide samples, educate customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves where products are displayed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools based on product needs.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Be responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in your work.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com with Friday payments (reports are due by Monday at 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
