Neocell Vitamin Shoppe Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe. We are specifically looking for individuals available on October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. Future opportunities for additional campaigns in your area may also be available. Weekend availability is a requirement, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and scheduling your demonstrations. This is a self-scheduling position, emphasizing your proactive approach in arranging your demos. Failure to properly schedule may impact your ability to execute demos, receive payment, and could affect future opportunities.

Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Actively represent Bear Maple Farms
• Comprehend product details through brand websites and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a professional and sanitary demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, organize, and face shelves
• Submit comprehensive and professional demo reports

Requirements:

• Possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product needs
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions diligently
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required)
• Be highly responsive to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the system
• Demonstrate professionalism in preparing and submitting demo reports
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Exhibit a self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
