Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

Availability: Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos optionally available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments issued on Fridays for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck; no travel pay

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Master product details through brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain an inviting and clean demo area
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, organize, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This position requires proactive self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions
• Contact stores to confirm stock and independently schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be provided)
• Responsive to email communications
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
