Equator Coffee Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Equator Coffee and other natural brands. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural products, we encourage you to apply. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments; reports due Monday 9AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Demonstration table, black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Sign holder, sample cups, gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Comfortable cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
