Wellwerks In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for WellWerks and other exciting brands. This position requires weekend availability, with some demo opportunities potentially available during the week. Candidates must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory and schedule appointments.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have: table, black cloth tablecloth (no plastic), sign holder, sample cups, gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Contact stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by Vibrance Marketing, is required)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Follow all food safety guidelines
• Be comfortable with cooking when required
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines
