About This Role
The Events Per Se team is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join us as a Bar Crawl Group Leader Host. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary guide for our bar crawl attendees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they transition between various venues.
As a Group Leader Host, you will be the main point of contact for guests and venue door staff, facilitating smooth entry and timely departures. Your ability to communicate clearly and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor will be key to your success.
- Arrive promptly to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
- Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, adhering to the event's scheduled itinerary.
- Introduce yourself to door staff at each location, confirming your role as the bar crawl group leader.
- Clearly communicate that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is preparing to move to the subsequent location.
- Ensure the group successfully reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.
Once the group has arrived at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to conclude their shift or remain to participate in the New Year’s Eve countdown.
