Mavuno Harvest Demo at WholeFoods

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Mavuno Harvest at Kimberton Whole Foods.

We are consistently expanding our campaigns, and successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for future opportunities in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30.00 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling & Responsibilities:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a personal demo table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product specifications.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we will provide access to).
• Timely responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details & Duties:

• Professionally represent Mavuno Harvest.
• Thoroughly learn product details via provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) utilizing correct storage tools.
• Engage customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Accurately track inventory, tidy shelves, and ensure products are faced.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
