Mavuno Harvest In-Store Demo

Vibrance marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is looking for motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Mavuno Harvest and other exciting brands. We value our Brand Ambassadors and may offer additional campaign opportunities in your area.

This role requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos also available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and diligently prepare for each demonstration.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports are due Monday by 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may experience delayed payment.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
• No travel pay.

Self-Scheduling is required: This demanding role requires you to call stores to confirm stock and schedule your demos independently. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Proper scheduling is crucial; failure to do so will impact your ability to execute demos, receive payment, and secure future opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow written directions precisely.
• Ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential for effective communication.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing detailed demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in managing your assignments.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Mavuno Harvest with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean, inviting demo area that attracts customers.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools to maintain product quality.
• Engage customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Track inventory accurately, tidy shelves, and ensure products are faced correctly.
• Submit comprehensive, professional demo reports in a timely manner.
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines to maintain a professional appearance.
