Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolate. If you excel in a dynamic retail environment and are passionate about natural brands, we encourage you to apply. This role offers potential for future opportunities with various campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments processed on Fridays, provided reports are submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Note: Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This position requires you to independently schedule your demos by contacting stores to confirm stock and availability. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos for you, unless a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Proper scheduling is crucial; failure to do so will impact your ability to execute demos, receive payment, and may affect future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates effectively, learning product details from brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an inviting and professional demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.
• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow written directions diligently.
• Responsive to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Demonstrate a self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
