Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be an option.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck; no travel pay

Self-Scheduling is Required:

This position requires you to self-schedule your demos. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates as a Brand Ambassador
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Must provide your own demo table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements
• Ability to understand and follow written directions
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in drafting demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
