Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Tari Sauce, a non-alcoholic beverage or food product. We are also open to considering you for additional campaigns in your area in the future. This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory. This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. We do not handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. Compensation for this role is $30/hour (1099 contractor), paid weekly via Bill.com. Friday payments are issued for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or reports returned for revision may delay payment. Travel pay is not provided; however, product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. Key Requirements:

• Must have your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we will manage)
• Responsiveness to emails is essential
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Tari Sauce effectively
• Acquire product knowledge through the brand's website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, neatly tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports
