We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as you guide them through various venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to meet and welcome the bar crawl group.
- Guide participants efficiently from venue to venue, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
- Liaise with venue door staff, confirming your role as group leader for expedited entry.
- Clearly communicate to venue staff that all guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and receive complimentary entry.
- At the end of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders of the impending departure to the next location.
- Ensure the entire group successfully reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift: Once the group has arrived at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to conclude their shift or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
