Equator Coffee Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Non-alcoholic Beverages or Food, including Equator Coffee. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply!

We require weekend availability, but some demos may be available during the week. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position—you must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Table, black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Must have: sign holder, sample cups, gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Comfortable cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
