Equator Coffee In-store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Equator Coffee and more. If you're passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply!

We're looking for Brand Ambassadors (BAs) in the Plano, TX area. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

The demo is booked for October 11th at 11:00 am at Whole Foods Market - Plano #10030 - 2201 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093.

We require weekend availability, but some demos may be available during the week.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position—you must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide a table and black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted).
• Must provide a sign holder, sample cups, and gloves.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
