Gnubees In-Store Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Gnubees (www.gnusante.com/collections/gnubees) at prominent retailers such as QuickChek, Market of Choice, and others. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for future campaigns in their area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available. Candidates must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory for demos.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays
• No travel pay provided
• Product reimbursements will be added to paychecks

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This position requires proactive self-scheduling. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute demos, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Professionally represent Gnubees products
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge through the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demo area
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer samples, educate customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, organize, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Must own a demonstration table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as product requirements dictate
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions thoroughly
• Capable of contacting stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is required, which will be provided)
• Highly responsive to email communications
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports
• Possess reliable transportation
• Adhere strictly to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
