Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. We partner with natural brands and may have additional campaigns in your area for future opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about natural products and enjoy engaging with customers. The role involves representing Lily's Chocolates, educating consumers on product details, and driving sales.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments (with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck
• No travel pay

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates professionally
• Learn product details through brand websites and training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress

Self-Scheduling is Required:

Brand Ambassadors are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and schedule their own demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
