Windy City Mushroom Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales partner for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian).

While this position is for Windy City Mushroom, we may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demonstrations. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian).
• Learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
