18 Chestnuts In-store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts at Whole Foods Market and other locations. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading non-alcoholic beverage or food brand.

We require weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments; reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table and a black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-scheduling demos (unless brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow all food safety guidelines; comfortable cooking when required.
• Dress professionally according to brand guidelines.
• Track and accurately submit expenses in demo reports.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
