18 Chestnuts Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts, a leading non-alcoholic beverage and food brand, primarily at Whole Foods Market and similar retail locations. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, this opportunity is ideal for you. We often have additional campaigns and will consider you for future opportunities in your area.

While weekend availability is a requirement, some demo opportunities may be available during the week.

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay rate of $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Willingness to call stores and confirm inventory.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to proactively confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login, handled by us, is required).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in approaching tasks.
• Own and provide a table and black fabric tablecloth for demo setups.

Event Details and Duties:

• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on brand benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory levels, tidy, and face shelves to maintain product presentation.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including being comfortable with cooking when required for certain products.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Accurately track and submit expenses within demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain all demo kits and materials.
