Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's Chocolates. We are a field sales company representing natural brands and may have additional campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates and learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area, ensuring samples are at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you (except where a scheduling portal is required). Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
