Windy City Mushroom Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian). This opportunity focuses on non-alcoholic beverages or food products. We also anticipate additional campaigns in your area and will consider you for those future opportunities.

Weekend availability is required, and some weekday demos may also be available.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian) and passionately promote their products.
• Master product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an inviting and clean demo area.
• Ensure samples are stored at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions effectively.
• Responsiveness to emails is crucial.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the system.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Self-Scheduling & Store Communication:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and arrange your demo schedule. We do not handle scheduling for you, with the exception of instances where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Compensation & Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com.
• Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete reports or those returned for revision may lead to payment delays.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
