Brand Ambassador - Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food Demos | Bean Stalk

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Bean Stalk at Lassens. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for additional campaigns in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Bean Stalk, a brand of meatless savory snacks. This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demos. Failure to schedule properly will impact demo execution, payment, and future opportunities.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports due Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck
• No travel pay

Responsibilities:

• Learn product details through brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required).
• Responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
