Health-Ade In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Health-Ade and other brands.

This role offers future opportunities for additional campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos potentially available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This position requires you to call stores to confirm stock and schedule your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Health-Ade.
• Learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
