Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may be available.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be an option.

Compensation: $30/hour (1099 contractor), paid weekly via Bill.com. Friday payments; reports are due Monday by 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided.

Self-Scheduling is Required: This role requires you to contact stores directly to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. We do not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may impact future opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Lily's Chocolates effectively.
• Mastering product knowledge through brand websites and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dressing in appropriate attire according to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which we provide, is required).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
