Bobelo In-Store Beverage Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Bobelo.

While this role primarily focuses on Bobelo, successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for additional campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demo opportunities.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; no travel pay.

Self-Scheduling is Required: This role demands strong organizational skills as you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and schedule your demos. We do not schedule demos for you (unless a specific scheduling portal is mandated). Failure to properly schedule may result in non-execution of the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Bobelo with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Master product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain an appealing and clean demo area.
• Ensure samples are stored at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, organize, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports.

Requirements:

• Possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactive store outreach to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which we will provide).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
