Bobelo In-Store Demo Promotion

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors.

This role involves conducting impactful in-store demonstrations for Bobelo Non-alcoholic Beverages or Food. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for additional campaigns in their area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Payment is contingent on reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling & Responsibilities:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule demos will result in an inability to execute the event, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must own a table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as required by the product.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Proactively call stores to verify product stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless a brand-specific login is required, which will be provided).
• Strong responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash software or a willingness to learn.
• Maintain professionalism in writing detailed demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in all tasks.

Event Details and Duties:

• Effectively represent the Bobelo brand.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and confidently drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves to maintain product presentation.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports accurately.
• Dress in a professional manner, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Track and accurately submit all expenses in demo reports.
