Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's Chocolates. This role may lead to additional opportunities with other campaigns in your area.

Weekend availability is required, and some weekday demos may also be available. Brand Ambassadors must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Compensation:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments issued on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing handles)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive

Event Details & Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates
• Learn product details through the brand website and training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines
