Windy City Mushroom In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors for in-store demos.

We are currently looking for Brand Ambassadors to represent Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian). Future opportunities with other campaigns may also be available in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly ($$$) via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is Required: This role demands you call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Windy City Mushroom (Fungitarian).
• Learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
