About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our exciting bar crawls. The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host will be responsible for guiding groups of attendees through scheduled venues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
  • Guide participants efficiently from venue to venue, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
  • Liaise professionally with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as group leader for the bar crawl and ensuring smooth entry for guests.
  • Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
  • At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and effectively notify all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
  • Ensure the group successfully reaches the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Once the group arrives at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to leave or to stay and enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown.
